At Giesswein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable wool products. If you're not perfectly happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
